Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution, resource allocation, and strategic stakeholder liaison across target regions.
- Conduct field monitoring assessments, policy reviews, and technical capability evaluations.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports, analytical briefs, and executive presentations for global leadership.
- Foster inter-agency collaboration with UN organizations, civil society, and regional government partners.
- Ensure compliance with international safety protocols, budget allocations, and gender parity standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in international relations, public policy, social sciences, economics, or relevant technical field.
- A Bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's degree.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of progressively responsible international work experience in non-governmental organizations or the UN common system.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and cross-cultural communication.
Languages
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is strictly required. Knowledge of another official UN language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese) is highly desirable.
