Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Communications Consultant, you will drive engagement and build cohesive brand alignment across our digital ecosystems. Your primary duties will include:
- Digital Strategy & Engagement: Support the development and launch of targeted digital communication strategies for priority global campaigns across social media, e-newsletters, websites, and collaborative portals.
- Content & Editorial Development: Write, edit, and package compelling digital content, copy, and presentations while maintaining strict brand consistency, tone, and message alignment.
- Multimedia Production: Design and adapt visual assets—including infographics, digital posters, reels, video clips, and customized presentation decks—using advanced creative platforms.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication inputs, support international meetings, workshops, and high-profile global outreach events.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
Education & Experience
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in digital communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement. Experience within the private, public, or international NGO sector is highly valued.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in content creation and social media management using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong experience in web content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics, particularly with WebFlow, WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience producing professional slide decks, digital newsletters, and engaging video content (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and oral) is strictly required for this role.
