We are seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the national vacancy of Programme Analyst Family Planning/Reproductive Health Commodity Security (RHCS) in Kabul, Afghanistan, at the NO-B grade level.

Key Responsibilities

The Programme Analyst will provide essential technical and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of reproductive health commodity supply chains. Core duties include:

  • Project Deliverable Coordination: Coordinate and execute key project deliverables in support of RE-OPENING's operational objectives, ensuring alignment with national health strategies in Afghanistan.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external international stakeholders, including Ministry officials, UN agencies, and local NGOs, to coordinate supply chain logistics.
  • Technical Oversight: Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to managing the national-level Family Planning and Reproductive Health Commodity Security (RHCS) portfolio.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track stock levels, forecast commodity needs, and prepare high-quality reports to prevent stock-outs of critical reproductive health supplies in Kabul and regional hubs.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this NO-B level National Post in Kabul, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Advanced university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in public health, pharmacy, medicine, social sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive professional experience in program management, family planning services, or humanitarian supply chain logistics.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct data-driven forecasting, commodity monitoring, and strategic planning.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in written and spoken English, as well as local languages (Pashto and/or Dari).
  • Nationality: This is a National Post; only Afghan nationals are eligible to apply.
