Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our healthcare initiatives forward. Key duties include:
- Coordinating and executing key project deliverables in direct support of RE-OPENING's operational objectives and reproductive health strategies in Afghanistan.
- Collaborating effectively with internal program teams and external international stakeholders, government partners, and local civil society organizations.
- Monitoring project progress, conducting field evaluations, and preparing analytical reports to optimize resource allocation and healthcare delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to the RE-OPENING: NATIONAL POST: Programme Analyst, Reproductive Health role.
- A minimum of two to three years of progressive professional experience in program management, public health, or reproductive health within an NGO or international agency context.
- University degree (equivalent to NO-B entry standards) in Public Health, Medicine, Social Sciences, International Development, or a closely related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as proficiency in local languages (Dari and/or Pashto).
