Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute key project deliverables in support of RE-OPENING's operational and strategic objectives in Afghanistan.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external international stakeholders to ensure streamlined implementation of youth initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, analyze performance indicators, and prepare technical reports to optimize program outcomes.
- Provide technical advisory support in youth development policy formulation and localized intervention planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- National Post Status: This position is open exclusively to nationals of Afghanistan.
- Professional Grade: NO-B level criteria apply.
- Education: Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive professional experience in program management, youth development, or analytical roles within an international NGO or UN agency.
- Skills: Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to RE-OPENING: NATIONAL POST: Programme Analyst, Youth, Kabul, Afghanistan, NO-B, Kabul, Afghanistan.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and local languages (Dari and/or Pashto) is required.
