Key Responsibilities
As a Resource Mobilisation & Partnership Analyst, the successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives to secure resources and foster critical partnerships. Key duties include:
- Coordinate and execute key project deliverables in support of RE-OPENING's operational objectives in Afghanistan.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external international stakeholders, including UN agencies, government representatives, and international donors.
- Analyze funding trends and identify strategic entry points for resource mobilization and donor engagement within Kabul and the wider region.
- Draft compelling partnership proposals, grant applications, and progress reports aligned with donor requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this National Officer (NO-B) level position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to the Resource Mobilisation & Partnership Analyst role.
- An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in International Relations, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience at the national level in resource mobilization, partnership management, or program development.
- Excellent written and spoken English, along with fluency in local languages (Dari and/or Pashto).
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams and high-pressure humanitarian environments.
