About Us & Role Summary
International Organization is seeking a qualified, highly analytical, and dedicated Consultant - GBVIMS Development, Harare, Zimbabwe to join our humanitarian response team in Zimbabwe. In this critical consultancy role, you will lead the implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of the Gender-Based Violence Information Management System (GBVIMS) to ensure safe, ethical, and effective GBV data management. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute key project deliverables in support of International Organization's operational objectives and GBV protection frameworks in Zimbabwe.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external international stakeholders, UN agencies, and local NGOs to streamline safe GBV data-sharing protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and capacity building to field staff on ethical GBV information management standards and systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to Consultant - GBVIMS Development, Harare, Zimbabwe.
- Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Information Management, Public Health, Human Rights, or a closely related humanitarian field.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, or coordinating GBVIMS (Gender-Based Violence Information Management System) tools and guidelines.
- Exceptional coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills within multi-cultural and multi-agency settings.
