We are currently seeking a highly qualified Deputy Director, Responsible Sourcing & Production - Southeast Asia to lead our strategic operations and project implementation from our regional office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute key project deliverables in support of International Organization's operational objectives in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external international stakeholders, including corporate partners, local communities, and government agencies.
• Oversee regional program frameworks to ensure agricultural and sourcing practices meet international sustainability and ethical standards.
• Manage regional field teams and represent the organization at international forums, workshops, and high-level stakeholder meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong professional expertise, leadership, and analytical capabilities relevant to the role of Deputy Director, Responsible Sourcing & Production.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale sustainable agriculture, forestry, or responsible sourcing supply chain initiatives in Southeast Asia.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Master's degree in Environmental Policy, International Development, Sustainable Supply Chains, or a closely related field.
