Estimado proveedor: La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo. A continuación se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: La consultoría brindará asistencia técnica a la OIT para apoyar la implementación inicial de la Segunda Estrategia Nacional para la Erradicación del Trabajo Infantil y Protección de Adolescentes que Trabajan (2026-2036) en Chile y fortalecer el proceso de revisión, validación y consolidación de la primera Estrategia Nacional de Uruguay. El trabajo comprenderá el apoyo al lanzamiento y difusión de la estrategia chilena, el diseño de herramientas para su seguimiento y monitoreo, la elaboración de orientaciones para planes de acción regionales y la facilitación de espacios de coordinación interinstitucional. En Uruguay, incluirá la revisión técnica de la propuesta de estrategia, la incorporación de observaciones derivadas de procesos participativos y el acompañamiento a su validación institucional. La consultoría promoverá el diálogo social, la articulación entre actores públicos y sociales y la incorporación de evidencia, con el fin de fortalecer las capacidades nacionales para prevenir y erradicar el trabajo infantil y proteger a los adolescentes que trabajan.
