Key Responsibilities

The Memberships Director plays a pivotal role in strengthening our global impact. You will lead strategic initiatives to foster closer governance, increase membership engagement, and expand our international network.

• Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute an innovative memberships strategy and comprehensive operational plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with membership and partnership teams, Executive Directors, and Regional Directors worldwide.
• Member Country Relations: Cultivate deep relationships with Member Countries (MC) to promote stronger ownership, active participation, and robust institutional governance.
• Partnership Development: Expand the organization's international partnership network with governmental bodies, NGOs, and private stakeholders.
• Business Growth: Drive sustainable financial growth and resource mobilization through diversified membership portfolios and strategic value-adds.
