Description of the Assignment: Mid-Term Evaluation of the Ethiopian Global Basic Observation Network - Systematic Observation Financing (ETH-GBON-SOFF) Project

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
