Project Officer - RRF Referral Desk, Yerevan, Armenia

Within the Return and Reintegration Facility (RRF) and directly reporting to the ICMPD Head of Office in Armenia, the Project Officer supports the implementation and coordination of relevant activities related to the establishment, operationalisation and daily functioning of the RRF Referral Desk in Armenia, in close collaboration with the RRF-Facility Support Office (RRF-FSO) in Brussels. Within this framework, the position contributes to the well-functioning of the desk, effective implementation of referrals and ensures regular implementation of reporting tasks. The role supports the assessment, organisation, and translation of referral service information into clear, accessible guidance for beneficiaries. They support project implementation and knowledge management. They contribute to capacity development to support all stakeholders and partners in improving their capabilities.
