Resources Management Officer - Grants Lead, Ankara, Türkiye

The Resources Management Officer - Grants Lead is part of the Türkiye Country Office's Resources and Administration Management Unit and supports the effective financial and contractual management of grant schemes implemented under the Türkiye project portfolio. The position ensures the sound planning, monitoring and implementation of grant-related financial processes, supports compliance with ICMPD Financial Regulations and donor requirements, contributes to donor reporting and audits, and provides guidance and training to project teams, grant beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders.

The incumbent reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) and works in close cooperation with Project Managers, Resources Management staff, Headquarters units and external stakeholders. The position supervises and coordinates the work of the (Junior) Resources Management Officers - Grants.

Mandatory languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Turkish (written and spoken).
